You're a right bloody bargain hunter Tel, and always bag the bargains.
 
It's good but not that good,I recently picked up an insulation tester for £2.50 at Burscough car boot,the thing does the 3 voltages and was in excellent condition,guy was having a clearout and was selling all kinds of things.
