what is wrong with me!
I have working every saturday and some sundays, for months now.
I have finally got a saturday off ( today obviously ) and I'm bored rigid, I have spent the last 2 hours on here scanning through threads.
Do we ever switch off as electricians or is it just me!

I am the same my friend, i could quite happily work everyday but the mrs does not like it. So instead i have weekends off and do diy at home, cures the itch and keeps her happy

I feel guilty if I ever have day off in week yet Saturday is just another week day to me

Stuart I am exactly the same mate I thought the idea of being self employed would mean pleasing yourself , but I am same as you
it would feel wrong having a week day off. Glad it's not just me.

sometimes wish i was a plumber...less hours and better money:thinking2:

Ive never wished I was a plumber, how ever much they like bragging about how much they earn!

Messing about with water pipes and old poo pipes- bleugh!
Yeah forgot about poo pipes, i take it back:laugh3:

Leaks pouring sh1tty water through a house, water tanks with scummy water and dead pigeons in, clearing blocked poo pipes, cleaning out cesspits.... no thanks!

yep but `them over there`are quite happy and at home playing and rolling in it....

Yeah but that's due to the lack of brain cells:laugh3:
