The biggest you can get into the plug, 1.5mm or 2.5mm with a struggle.

But why do you want a max size when 0.5mm is all that is required (using a 3a fuse in the plug)?

If you are classing this cable as a Power Cable then then min cable size is 0.75mm flex cable, according to table 52.3
