Discuss Cable reeler help needed in the UK Electrical Forum area at ElectriciansForums.net

Thanks for the link, I found that fairly fast but they haven’t been in stock for a while.
I’ve searched and searched but I can’t find one, surly they haven’t stopped making them

It’s the pin that’s given up on mine

There so much faster than normal reelers

Well stick another pin in it then FFS.

can't beat 2 apprentices and 6ft. of scaffold pole.

I personally, thought those things were a load carp, they were awkward to lift and move around and often collapsed! Also if you were pulling cables off the the drum to a high up place, as the drums got lighter the bar would lift up:mad:
Best cable reeler I used was made from 25mm metal conduit and 2 angle boxes!

Cheers for stating the obvious captin clever, dya know never even thought of repairing it..
This one is old bent and worn. I don’t want to try repairing an already tired item to be used daily. I was looking to replace it with a younger model
That’s no way to refer to your wife! ;)
