Hi,

I've recently come across properties with high loads exceeding max demand, especially hmos
I've heard about load curtailment and relays where when one heavy load is used another cannot be used.
Can anyone provide information about devices used and how to wire them.

The likes Of EV chargers use CTs on the incoming tails to see what the installation is using and then throttles thr charger accordingly to stay below a user defined limit.
