can I plug in a Kohler standby 14kw to my 50amp receptacle which supplies both rails in a 200 amp box (already installed interlock system for my box) installation is more than the generator!

Yes you can put it on a 50 amp double pole breaker, the generator has its own protection so no mater what plug and breaker you use the generator is not going to deliver more than 30 amps which is what your generator has
