End of this month, I am looking to go as a sub contracting Improver/Mate (shortage of work)...I have looked at HMRC & will also call Business Link. I'm after the finer points with them such as Contractual liabilities, payments, access to funds for continuation of course etc

Would any lads here have any practical info such as going along this route with CIS Card, Tool requirements that I should need outside of hand tools, things I can price into my rate or not?
