Anyone got any brilliant ideas for a over sink water heater for pretty demanding washing up environment? Could be under sink I suppose. Actually doesn't need to be brilliant could be just a good recommendation.

I have installed ariston water heaters before for small coffee shops and the like, which seem to work well. They come in up to 30l 3kW versions.
If the situation is more demanding than that, an industrial dishwashing machine may be the ticket rather than just loads of hot water available.
I have connected large unvented cylinders before, aimed at salon use for the hairwashing stations. Not very efficient at 3x4kW immersions though.
