Commercial part 'p'?????

Newbie here (to this forum...not electrics...) so gentle please

I know for domestic dwellings working on kitchens/bathrooms and general electrics one has to be part 'P' registred, But....what about working on commercial properties?

I'm talking of shops, factories where no-one is residing

I need a website (yes I've looked but can only find about domestic dwellings) that i can print off and show to others.

how do you gt 99.9%?? 0.9%in scotland unless they are nationals or on the borders
