conduit factor

hi have a query re conduit factors hope someone can help.

OSG gives values for straight conduit runs between boxes, and values for conduit runs with one or two bends.

for example
if you have lets say a 1m run to a 20mm elbow box and then a 2m run to a socket outlet.

would this run would be classed as 2 straight runs, one of 1m(between boxes) and 2m (between boxes) respectivly or would it be classed as a run of 3 meters with one bend (between boxes). in other words is the elbow box classed as a bend in the conduit run or as a box.

They're talking about runs between where the cable can be accessed (ie fed in or pulled out).

Any reg numbers will be 16th but everything else is the same.

thanks novus, thats what i thought, a elbow or t box is classed as a box not a bend.
