Got to keep my nose clean or I would take so much pleasure doing this.
I got caught out earlier this year
A landlord needed an EICR for his let property, I carried out the EICR and it failed.
When I sent him the invoice he replied that he wanted me to check it all out and give a cost for the remedial works.

I checked the call recording and he did not say he wanted an EICR- I mentioned the EICR and he neither accepted or declined.

Swift change to my terms and conditions and an updated EICR estimate template which I can send out to people within 5 minutes.
The software adds the correct pages with terms and conditions etc and people can either accept or decline the works.

I have tried the Tradify / Powered now stuff and found Xero better- you can download an estimate template in word, add your own terms and conditions and they appear at the end of EVERY estimate you send.
