dimplex XL6N storage heater

Guys after a bit of advice,

called to check out above storage heater which is not heating, testing through teleswitch power down to the element... no heat, replaced element still nothing!
also dont see the point in replacing stat/cutout as theres 240 to element!

Im kicking myself here as theresnothing to these heaters! any ideas would be appreciated

I was at one of these today and replaced the charge control/cut out. Possibly your charge control is faulty too so cutting off too quickly

May be obvious but have you checked L-E and L-N for voltage if not as above. I had a couple in a oap home and was chasing my tail for ages. turned out one of the neutral bars had burnt out in the board and like a plumb i only quickly checked L-E and was so easy i missed it.
