Yes. Quinetic devices have certification from the accredited test house SGS that they comply with the low voltage directive, which (even though we are no longer a member of the EU) means they will comply with the relevant BS EN ISO standards.
If you need evidence, I imagine Quinetic will provide copies of the Declaration of Conformity (which should list which standards they meet) for the specific devices you are concerned about.

If there’s an issue, complete the works with conforming materials and equipment, then have the spark back after sign-off to alter.

The BC aren’t going to know there may be hidden devices and whatever hiding in the walls.
