Central Leicester, mid evening…. 460ish a phase (sorry for blurry pic)

For about an hour it was 461A Ph-Ph so not far off 20% over nominal and that was with about 100A being pulled downstream. I’m not even sure how that was possible?!

Someone got the CT ratio out by a factor of 5?

Any down-stream monitors that normally agree? If so maybe an unknown DB off somewhere?
