Hai all,
What will happen if I didn't remove the earth cable from earth pit while taking earth Resistance.
Is that mandatary to remove the earth cable from pit while taking resistance using earth tester

You do not need to remove the earthing conductor from the earth electrode specifically but the earthing rod must be disconnected from the electrical installation, so it is possible to just disconnect the earthing conductor from the main earth terminal (with the installation powered off).
If the earth electrode remains connected to the installation then any extraneous parts will act as additional earth rods and invalidate the test results for the electrode you are testing.

Hi - if the means of earthing (the earth rod, tape or what ever) is not isolated then you will be measuring other things in parallel with it. So you may get an incorrectly low reading, would be my thought.
Edit - RB has it :)

You would get a false reading and maybe assume it meets requirements when it does not. I know that has been covered above but not stated explicitly.
