Hi all I am just looking for abit of advice about getting in to the electrical industry. I have my city and guilds NVQ level two in electrical installation I got these from studying two years in college but like a mad man I decided to go into the military for 7 years and now I am really looking at getting into the job now I’m out the army. I can’t afford to take a wage cut from my current job but I really need experience hands on so I can gain my level 3 what are the chances that a company will take me on for free on the weekends to gain experience and to refresh what I already know? If anyone has any tips or advice it would be greatly appreciated.
