Helloall sorry if you have covered this before but can`t find anything when searchingthe forum. I ve been asked to price for a general light bulb (Monthly) and emergencylighting check (6 Months) in to a maintenance contract. It is for 3 new build blocksof flats fairly local hope to may be have a look on the way home see what typeof lamps and switching. Help on pricing and wording within the contract wouldbe very helpful.

Workout the time it will take to do a site visit, apply hourly rate times by 12 months, then your charge for eml testing.
Basically have a labour only contract for your time to walk around/ do eml testing. Put a little extra on to buy the first box or two of lamps then when you go to your client say "I'll give you the first box free! Charge per box thereafter and if its a ballast or transformer quote the client and deduct your contracted hours from the quote value
