Cheers Sintra+ i just posted a reply in the offending thread and all went swimmingly smooth ..... what was the issue out of curiosity i was thinking id maxed out on the limit the forum allows for excellent advice given and its the forums way of saying let someone else have a go .... im right aren't i .... :ciappa:

Lol something had changed in the settings that was stopping all members of the user group "electricians arms member" from replying in that particular forum so it wasnt only you

Actually, I was going to be constructive. I don't dislike DIY'ers per se, just the arrogant ones who tell us we're all rip-off merchants because "it's not rocket science".
