Florescent ballast issue?

Hi all, I'm having trouble with my walk-in commercial display freezer. The freezer has 8 glass display doors, with two florescent tubes on each side of the doors for a total of 9 tubes. The freezer is new approximately 6 months old.

Two days ago we came in and the 7th and 8th florescent tubes did not light up. I tried swapping working tubes in the non working fixtures with no luck, I could not even hear the 'clicking' while adjusting the tube when its trying to light up. It is as if no electrical supply is going to the fixtures. It's strange that lights 1 throuogh 6, and 9 work fine. Is it possible lights 7 and 8 are on the same ballast?

possible, have you checked if they have starters or are they electronic

I took the panel off and noted the model number, there is a large picture available at this link:

It is an electronic ballast, and appears to be able to support two lights.

What would be involved in replacing one of these? It appears it may just be a matter of replacing and plugging the two connectors back in (with power off) ?

have you tried turning OFF the supply as some electronic ballasts require power off after relamp to reset

Possible the starters but if not then it will be the ballast.

Test each ballast to see if you have voltage in and voltage out.

Did try resetting power to no avail. I just replaced the ballast and it now works! Thanks for the responses!
