Hi please could someone help identify this tube? Its come out of a under counter bar fridge (capital prem 2 cooler, 2011)

i can ID that. well her actually. her name is Florrie. see her standing on the street corner, waiting for a punter ballast
 
Ahhhh I remember launching them from the fourth floor offices at William Whiteley's in Queensway in to the skip below when I was an apprentice with the spark and him telling me not to hit his mini estate.......
 
With T5 tubes they don't always follow a standard with wattage compared to length. Measure the length and obtain the wattage from the info on the ballast, then try wholesalers or on-line marketplaces to find a match.
