Hi
I'm in a bit of a pickle trying to set up my hot water and central heating systems. Got a gas boiler with a pressure tank and a motor circulating the hot water. There are two wall-mounted time adjustment thingies—one for hot water and heating, and the other for the motor. Oh, and there's a portable central heating adjustment too. Check out the pics I've attached. Here's the kicker—I'm scratching my head over where to put the settings on the left side of the screen when setting up the 24-hour timer. Automatic, manual, all day... which one do I go for?

We are too, must be magic pics now you see them and then you don't..
Try posting again the pics.

Based on what you've got, it looks like you'd want to set the left side to "automatic" for the hot water and heating since it's the main timer for those systems. Then, use the portable central heating adjustment when you need to tweak the heating separately.

If there is a separate timer for hot water pump that could be for secondary return. would need more photos of the parts of the system to confirm though.
