Only £4:00 in Tesco, or it was last week, I think you may be under the impression I was on about the Red tinctures when I mentioned my Meds, I was talking about the myriad of pills I take in the morning and evening, but yes I may have to up the quality of the Tinctures, I'll let you know the outcome.

thought i was bad taking 5 different pills once a day. there were others prescribed, but i binned them. one pill, a horse would have trouble swallowing. think it was a statin. something on the instructions said it would lower my blood/alcohol level so that was that.
