Hey all. I have a Hobart LXe commercial dishwasher that Im trying to run on 3 phase power. The manual specifies 208-240/60/3 with an ampacity of 30 A. I have a 30A 3 pole breaker installed in my panel (and yes, I have 3 phase power) with one pole at 208v, and the other 2 at 120v. The connection on the back of the dishwasher has 3 wires and a ground. Red, blue, white, and green ground. Just wondering: 1. Which of these colors is the high leg? 2. Is this a true “3 hots” connection with no neutral, or is one wire on the connection paired with both 120v and the neutral connects back to the neutral on the panel. Thanks!
