Oops, that's just the cable, but there actual chargers out there too. If it's a serious proposition I know a guy who has been installing them ('though mostly for commercial/car park use), I could ask.

You know that, and i know that, but those that are after making some easy money want qualified/experienced electricians to pay for some numpty qualification course!! ...lol!!

british gas puts them in for FREEEEEEE!!!!!! unless the run is more than 10m or you want a 32a or unless you need your main fuses pulled other than that FREEEEEE!!
