How long roughly do these Heat recovery units (HRU) take to install?

I am about to quote to install this HRU. Having never fitted one before I had a few questions?

1. How long roughly does it take to install? The 162mm diameter hole will already have been drilled. There is a socket very close by and it will be in trunking, so easy. It's more the length of time it takes to actually fit the unit?

Max 2 half hours to install. Not done one for ages.

Probably very similar to installing an extractor with a similar size hole.

Coring the hole will be the worst part probably.
