initial verification confusion

Hi guys. Looking for some advice. Many thanks in advance.
during initial verification am i right in thinking that you follow the exact test procedure as stated in the regs no deviation from that list whatsoever like you can with a periodic. And with inspection again you inspect everything during construction and on initial verification ie no sampling full 100%.

Pretty much, all dead tests must be done before any live ones, and any deviations from bs7671 must be put correct before going on to the next test.
