Durham, I worked in engineering planning for a while.

08-00 All the days work planned out for the gang ready to be issued.
08-30 Screw the planning sheet up and chuck it in the bin.
08-45 Sod it! Go with the flow.
16-00 Print out the next days planning (joke) sheet.
 
mainly aimed at small business with 2-3 employees...

what software/methods do you use to organise work load and time keeping??

IM LIKE INDIANA JONES WITH THE WHIPP keeps the guys in order lol or you can all try this TOPCAT recommended it to me and not looked back since IMO its awesome guys (DO MENTION SEDGELEC WHEN SPEAKING TO THEM)everything you need for a business!!!
