Hi,

I currently have 4 JCC LED down lights in my bathroom with a 2 gang dimmer on the outside.

The first dimmer switch controls the LEDs and the second is just a push on and off for the bathroom fan.

The current module for dimming the LEDs is a BG TRAILING EDGE DMTR. When this is down low it is still very bright and I would like them dimmed a lot more.

Can someone please advise of a better dimmer switch/module to enable the lights to be dimmer when all the way down.

Thanks
J

First check the fittings are, in fact, dimmable LEDs….

I’ve fitted Varilight v-pro dimmer switches without a problem, but even dimmable LEDs aren’t always compatible with every switch, and vice versa.

Sometimes it’s down to trial and error to get a good combination.

As above. I always fit varilight v pro dimmer switches. These can be programmed (fairly easily) to bring the brightness down as low as you want.
