Is that an MK 9" pendant set in the kitchen(with no cooker)/shower room?
Looks quite luxurious, what with the his and hers wash basins in the shower room.

Just been discussing this story on the sun,
London flat to rent for £1,000 a month has a shower in the KITCHEN - https://www.thesun.co.uk/money/12796622/london-flat-rent-shower-kitchen/
I reckon there is no current EICR for this place, if there is then its not worth the paper its printed on..
Washing machine close to the bath.
shower in the kitchen... reckon given the sizes here there will be at least 1 socket within 3m...
apparently its the norm in some of the larger cities in the UK.
Looks suspiciously like the end of an extension lead stuck to the far side of the wall cupboard above the washing machine?

Not to mention the socket that I bet is behind the Fridge/Microwave.

Maybe it was a failed HMO that is now being rented as one flat?

Interesting thought experiment as to how (if) you could wire it to be compliant.

Flex outlet plates behind the appliances, with grid switch at the far end of the room?

Can you get an IP rated cooker hood?

You wouldn't be able to put that up for rent in Scotland.
