I was in big shed other day and they had a cracking "exclusive " deal on Makita Impact BUT was told that batteries were different on some of the exclusive stuff meaning you have to buy all their kit from the shed
don't know hw true this is or if its a keyway that can be bypassed
as for buyng from ToolStop I haven ever had an problems and their coustmer service is fntastic to the exten hey helped a mate out with kit bags an beanis for his youth football team

was that the lct batteries?

its just a plastic tab you cut off then you can put standard lxt batteries in the tool
