Hi everyone i was wondering if anyone could shed some light. Ive just picked up a remote humidity control ip4x manrose but it didnt come with any wiring diagram.

The unit is going to be used to work a fan only, lights are separate its just for the sake of not having a pull cord in the bathroom.

The unit came with 2 crimps and is marked 1 live and 2 live out. Im using a double pole 3 amp fused isolator and the fan has just got live and netural connections.

if anyone has a wiring diagram that would be great, otherwise do i wire it with a netural from the isolator to the fan, a live into the control unit from the isolator and a live out of the control unit to the fan using a live?

if anyone has come across these where would you suggest mounting them to acheive best results. the shower which it will be used for isnt enclosed.

Thanks very much Chris.

Welcome along.

Sounds like the easiest way would be to run a t&e cable from the fused spur to the humidistat and then on to the fan.

Connect the neutral conductors through into a connector/crimp/wago etc, and run the lines through the L in & L out terminals of the humidistat.
