how would i conduct a pscc test on my 1552 meter any ideas ?

This is incorrect! The approved method is:
PSCC is a high current, two wire test on a Megger 1552, Set test selector dial to PFC HI, with Red lead (or SPL1000 switched probe) connected to L and Green lead connected to N, press yellow TEST button on MFT (or SPL1000 if used), the MFT display shows the measured PSCC.

It's actually Not incorrect, both methods would work. 2 leads or three leads. 3 leads for the 'no trip' and 2 leads for the 'hi' test. If the board was being supplied via another board with an RCD then you would need to do the 3 lead 'no trip' test

@ markie. you don't have to press the test button on a 1552. connect leads and it's automatic on PSCC and PEFC.
