Discuss Multi-tester or individuals? in the Periodic Inspection Reporting & Certification area at ElectriciansForums.net

seperates are faster on big pir's.
one guy at DB doing dead tests with ins/cont tester , another guy wandering roung taking loop readings.
twice the work over the same time period - you cant do that with just 1 multi tester.

So how's that working then?? Dead and live testing on the same circuits at the same time??

stupid question so i'll give it the dumb answer it deserves.
one person does dead tests at one db , another person does live tests at another db.
unless you think all installations have a single db ?
not very bright are you ?
either that or you have no experience of testing anything bigger than a house.

Be carefull who you call "not very bright" , I have been inspecting and testing since 1989 on most industrial and commercial installations.
Your attitude does somehow show me that you are indeed a sorry example of a tradesperson.(have another GOOD look at what your previous post describes !) , then come back to me and tell me again that i'm not very bright!

Agree with all the previous comments about the 'yellow bricks'

I've always had individual robin tester's, yes calibration costs spiral but robin are trust-worthy. You look after your Robin's and they'll definitley look after you.
