Always thought this was an original by Siouxsie And The Banshees. You learn something every day!

The great pretender would have been 65 today. Google have a fitting tribute of him.

There's something about this track that I familiarise myself with?

Hey up, guys... love reading music related threads (this thread has started to take too long to sift through with the links so I'll just chuck some in).

I'm 34 and work with a 54 year old, someone who has opened my eyes to a few more acts. We share very similar taste so pointed out a few 'chunes' to each other. Classic rock rules.

Davy Knowles - Davy Knowles - Tear Down The Walls - Guitar Performance - YouTube

Joe Bonamassa - Joe Bonamassa - Dirt in my Pocket - YouTube

The legendary Lemmy - Motörhead - Get Back In Line - YouTube

Cult - The Cult - Sweet Soul Sister - YouTube

Bob Seger - Hollywood Nights - YouTube

Enjoy! :punk:

Take a look for Chris Knight, he's a bit countrified which isn't my usual cup of tea but a lot of his songs are really relevant to the crap state of the world today eg If I Were You, Send A Boat.
It's really hard for me to talk about country stuff, being a dyed in the wool metaller, I guess as I get older I'm getting a more varied taste.... Can't be a bad thing I suppose.

:rockon2: Bring it on! :rockon2:

This reminds me of Peter Gabriel's classic music video "Sledgehammer", a funny coincidence because the video for "In Your Arms" is made out of jelly beans. It took 30 people 22 months to complete and a grand total of 288,000 jelly beans were used to make all the magic happen. I think that is pretty impressive. Whether you like the actual song itself, well that's one for you to decide.
