Need help finding the right hardware for the small job

What hardware do I need to wire this to power? I have some electrical experience in America but none in Germany. Don’t know what hardware I need. If someone can give me tips on the right hardware to buy, I’ll figure out how to wire it. It’s for a flood light. Lower power. Two lamps. Each 30watt. The company I bought it from hasn’t really given me any info. I’d like to be able to just plug it into a basic wall outlet or power strip.

Brown is live or line
Blue is neutral
green/yellow is earth/ground
you'd need an insulated box with strain relief i.e. stuffing glands or similar onto 0.75mm2 or 1.0mm2 3 core flex with a suitable grounded / earthed plug on the end (I forget the name of the German plug), using something like 3 port lever wagos to join the cables. I'm guessing this might have come from Aliexpress or eBay given the tinned ends to the wires?
Be aware that europe runs 230V AC nominal voltage rather than 120 that your used to.
