Hello, I recently passed my AM2 assessment, I was just wondering if anyone knows how soon my wages should go up from £5.60 a hour too a propper wage?

    Thankyou

I'd say as soon as you receive your NVQ3 and AM2 certificates.

Not sure how much it should go up by exactly but it should definitely go up.

I’ve had mates on the same course waiting months for their certificates but have still had a pay rise?
