Oh dear.No information from Ninja customer service. All they want is to sell a new one with discount and scrap my machine which is barely 2 years old.
As soon as I put the power on it then gives Error 2 message. I have checked one fuse which is OK. I can’t find any other sensor as yet. Very frustrating.Google says error 2 is caused by overfilling the basket. I have no idea how it knows how much is in the basket, but if you get this code when the basket is definitely not overfull, then my course of action would be to identify the sensor and to see if anything obvious is wrong with it.
I know that mine has some kind of load sensor that tells you if the cooking pot is in or not. Do you get the same error regardless of if the cooking pot is in or not? Mine displays something like "POT" if it's removed. If this doesn't change, then the issue might be with that sensor. It might be worth seeing if there's any food stuck in there that's causing the load sensor to be stuck down.
My experience with kitchen appliances is food and food related juices gum stuff up. A good clean might solve the issue.
For reference, I have one of the OP300UK 7 in 1 models
