Has any one had a problem with NVC LED strip lights, I've had a few go of but never been burning that could of caught fire. It's a bit worrying as I've fitted a few of these over the last year.

Can you look inside the lamp and see what it is that got hot? It looks very localised heating. Daz
 
Be interesting to know if it's just a one-off. The trouble is there is so much cheaply made rubbish around at the minute. Have you seen the non-fused mains plugs supplied on some bits of Chinese-origin kit? Daz
