Guys

a client has asked for a outside socket do you think it would be better to have a rcd socket or when spuring off
of a ring main add in a rcbo into the board instead

Cheers

Pete

Thinking of the bigger picture and all is OK to proceed after you have done your assessment, i think it would be better for the client to protect all of the circuit with an RCBO as this would then provide protection for the whole circuit not just the outside one
Just a point of view

AJ
