I have a 2 year old 2000w electric panel heater. Devola Designer 2kW Smart Glass Panel Heater with Timer White - DVPW2000WH - https://www.devola.co.uk/products/devola-designer-2kw-smart-glass-panel-heater-with-timer-white-dvpw2000wh

It seems to cycle itself off and on. About 50 secs decreasing on and about 10 secs off. When it comes back on it beeps temp shows 25 then drops to the actual room temp then it fires up to reach the set temperature of 19 beeps again. The timer is not on. I was wandering if it's worth taking apart to see if any sensors are dusty? I replaced the plug last night but no effect. It came with an old plug already replacing the built in plug so wondering if a power issue rather than thermostat. Just out of warranty I think.
