Hi all,

I'm pricing to T&I 5 houses for a Landlord, split into 4 flats each, so 20 DB's total.

I want to split the price into a cost to turn up and inspect (payable even if there's no one home), a cost per circuit to test, and a price to cert each flat.

Any repairs I'll price as separate jobs.

I seem to lose out on domestic quite a bit, too expensive, I'm usually not bothered, but I do want this one.

What's a fair rate?

Cheers
CW.

I charge £40 plus £18 per circuit for the first 10 circuits then £10 for each circuit after that, as more than likely they'll be heating circuits. That's for a letting agent who has never questioned the price so I guess it must be fair?

sounds a fair figure. but i'll guarantee the landlord gets a price from a cowboy for £40 per flat, with the EICR a fairy tale.
