Hi to everyone. I am new to this site and look forward to becoming part of this community!

I have a job to take a look at in the next week. Its a 'pulse coil 2000 combi' which heats running water, but then becomes cold very quikly apparently. A plumber has changed the element and has been back to the property with no luck. The tenants complain that the water turns cold after only a few moments in the shower?

Any ideas on what could be causing this problem?

Many thanks

Pulse coil 2000:eek::eek: Isn't that connected to the warp drive on the Enterprise???

Seriously though.

Maybe some form of flow or pressure switch to sense the water flowing which is turning element off...
