HelloI am writing from Chile with a question about PV, our company normally installs modules in houses, but we are starting with buildings, there is a Policy here called "net billing", that is we can sell the PV energy surpluses to the grid, but at a smaller price than the grid sell the energy to consumers. In buildings, if we install a PV system for the common areas, is there a way for us to direct the surplus to the apartments instead of selling it to the grid? Thanks

if you grid connect the inverter to your side on the grid meter you will automatically be using the surplus when it is being generated
