Questions about relay 232 control protocol editing

The 232 protocol command of AMX's NP-Rel8 relay has to hit the enter key at the end, which command can I use instead of it. Now this central control I have does not support the hit enter command.

I tried adding \n\r to the end of the command and it worked.
