Bought one of these from Rexel, not cheap at £38 but damn does it cut a clean hole.

Had about a dozen panel push buttons and indicators to put in and this is just the job.

Really loved how snug the seal on the push buttons was, absolute perfection.

If you want a good job get the right tool.

This one is the 22mm but will be getting a 20mm and 25mm when I can bury the cost in another job.
 
looking at the photos. either it vibrates a lot or the snapper has parkinsons.
 
They are excellent cutters, I borrowed some off a farmer mate to drill some holes in portacabins and couldn't believe what an efficient and neat job they made of it! The kit he had was from 16mm to 75mm I think and cost about £250, well worth the money if you have a lot of holes to cut!
I keep looking at them and thinking I need some ?
 
Second that, yes excellent cutters.
I have 20 and 25mm (Armeg) which were quite expensive at the time but notice Screwfix now do them for about £30 each
