ive never written out a risk assesment form but need to provide one as evidence for my site diary. anyone got a template? advice?

that hse website is rubbish, cant seem to find anything i want on it. if i could see ur simple one it could be a big help

while replyin click on the GO ADVANCED button below text input box, u can then add attachment. dont think u can attach .xml files thou. u could put it in a zip
