Afternoon people.

I need a risk assessment template for me to carry out a periodic inspection on a shop.

Does any1 have anything that would help me construct such a thing

dangers due to lighting being off. trip hazards, open DBs.ladders in shop etc. just think of any dangers arising from your work
 
Tel has covered the basics there in a few short words, if you look at what you will need to do and the dangers involved and how you can reduce those dangers to an acceptable level then you should be OK. write it all up in a neat looking way and there you are. Oh, do try to actually do what it says in the risk assessment!

This thread may help in general terms. I put some example forms in it and it has some good advice.
