Hello all,
Ive just started the C&G 2330 Level 2, year one of my sparky training.
My question is this.....
If i want to replace a faulty light eg emergency light or bulkhead light ie swap a fault unit and put a new unit in place i have to follow a Safe Means of isolation....Can anyone tell me in practice what this means and what is legally required qualification wise and what type of tester is legal to test for a live or dead mains supply ?
i have a C&G in Electrical Engineering but do not have 2330 yet.
Any advice would be greatful.
