What are peoples thoughts on bonding powered Street furniture that is within touching distance of each other.

I have a few ideas but there is nothing in the regs for guidance.

Page 30 on wards should help.

Normally if within touching distance then if from same supply and risk of potential difference then bond them. Normally the CPC would do this.
