some are a bit iffy. some just peel like bananas, way past where you've scored it.
 
I did actually heat it up with a heat gun today just to try and its still a nightmare:13:

I was hoping someone was going to come up with a magic trick like stand on your left leg whilst quoting the lords prayer backwards that it would just slide off
 
Some cable strips well, some is a nightmare! I seem to get more problems with bad glands. A lot of them seem to be made with less and less brass these days and I really struggle to get them screwed together.
Had some CW 32 glands the other day that were impossible to get on a 3c25. They were made by CMP. Found some others made by WISKA that went on perfectly first time!
